Svata is a brilliant trainer. Warm, friendly, and very flexible with me changing timings every week. She put together a tailored programme based on strengthening and on injury recovery. Sessions went really quickly and it was only because of the ache the next day that I realised how hard I had worked! I really enjoyed the sessions, different every week with music, boxing, and beautiful sea view! She had many recommendations for meals but I loved that the focus on my sessions were strength and posture with body positivity and an enjoyment of food, not simply weight loss (which I had with her!) and body image. I recommend her to everyone!
Covid enabled me to properly commit to an exercise regime as commuting disappeared overnight. As a result I started working with Svata in both group stuff and individually, for about a year now. She’s great. Really challenging sessions, decent soundtrack and a relentlessly good mood, even at 0630 by the beach in snow and gales. Totally reliable and really flexible too, massively recommend her (as long as your sessions don’t clash with mine..)
I trained with Svata regularly during lockdown and it really kept my fitness level and motivation high throughout. She uses a huge variety of different strength exercises that keeps every session interesting. I’ve ended up using muscles I didn’t know I had, via the different techniques she uses. I started personal training sessions with Svata at Feed The Fit almost a year ago and I am so pleased with the results. I have lost weight and my body is so much more stronger than before. I feel better not just about the way I look but from a mental health perspective as well. I work from home and sit at a desk all day so don’t get much exercise and this has really helped me. The studio is perfect as it is completely private, which I love as I never wanted to work out in a gym with others! I have never liked exercising but I really enjoy my sessions with Svata and would definitely recommend her to anyone!
Training with Svata has been great. She listened to my personal goals and created a tailored plan to help me achieve them. She is patient and clear when explaining new exercises to make sure you’re doing them correctly — I was completely new to strength training and working with weights, so really appreciated this! The sessions are always fun, informative, and leave you in a good mood having pushed yourself to achieve new PBs. It was also great to mix up the routines every few sessions so it didn’t feel repetitive. I’d definitely recommend training with Svata!

I’m so pleased I found Svata: I had never done a personal training session before, and was apprehensive about it, but she put me at ease immediately. I learned a great deal over 6 months, including how to use the equipment (about which I previously knew nothing), push myself to my limit, and continue my training independently.
