Originally from the Czech Republic, I found my calling early on as an athlete, representing my home country as a member of the Czech national team in the demanding disciplines of 800m and steeplechase. It was there on the track that I discovered the power of hard work, dedication, and the importance of balanced nutrition in achieving peak performance.
With a heart full of passion for all things sports and a deep love for staying active, I‘ve translated my athlete’s mindset into my career as a personal trainer and nutritionist. I competed as a boxer in the Amateur and Professional ranks for 6 years. I’m a former Southern Counties Heavyweight Amateur boxing Champion and winner of the London Box Cup tournament.
During my career, I was a gym mate of Chris Eubank Jr, which helped me gain generational
knowledge of the noble art. My trainer was Former British Heavyweight Champion Scott Welch who trained me up to a high standard.
I’ve had over 10 years of experience with Boxing personal training, My clients have always gained confidence in their ability to box. I am very focused on self-defence, fitness and technique. This can be achieved through various exercises that I have explored with my clients as well as routines I utilised as a boxer.
Boxercise training can also assist in body transformation, through traditional methods I employ to boost body confidence. I’m looking forward to working with you to meet your personal goals, I have a bundle of knowledge that I’m willing to transfer to you, through insightful and meaningful sessions that will stick for many years to come.

Here‘s a fun twist about me: I spent over 30 years as an omnivore before briefly exploring a vegetarian lifestyle. However, I’ve been proudly vegan for over a decade now. Why? Because I love challenging preconceptions about vegans being skinny, weak, or malnourished. I’m living proof that a plant-based diet can fuel a strong, vibrant, and energetic lifestyle.
